Simple hotel but with a long history. Fresh and delicious eggs made to order. Quiet room on the patio side. Spacious and well-equipped room. Great city center experience. our recent stay in villach was made even better by the amazing hospitality and helpfulness of the staff at the hotel. they went above and beyond to provide us with visiting advice and even gave us a free card that was incredibly useful. the location was perfect, just minutes away from the city center and train station. we loved the history and family tradition of the place, thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was excellent and the rooms were large and comfortable. It was very close to the train station and to the downtown restaurants and shops. Villach is a beautiful area. We had two triple rooms. We had an early bus to Venice and they graciously allowed us to have breakfast before normal hours,

There was no air conditioning - one room was a corner room and had a cross breeze and was ok. The other did not and was extremely warm. The night staff did not speak english and there was no fan available to help circulate the air. A rough night for one room.

During our stay at Hotel Mosser, we were impressed by the convenient location, being close to both the city center and the train station. The room provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with a generous breakfast served in a charming breakfast room. The hotel bar offered a nice selection of drinks and snacks, and there were also restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for its location and pleasant amenities.

The room I booked was airy and well-appointed, complete with a beautiful kitchen, a giant bathroom and internet access. Helpful and top-class staff, couldn't ask for more...

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Small room was huge and new-fashioned. The bathroom was large and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets for my convenience. Location: the hotel was just off the main train station, both the center and the train station and the bars and restaurants;)))

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient as it is very close to the train station and a bike hire shop is just around the corner. it's situated in the historical centre of a charming city, making it ideal for sightseeing.

The staff has been repeatedly described as unfriendly in some reviews, creating an unpleasant experience for guests.
